Dr. Djeukui is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with about 20 years of experience caring for patients with complex medical conditions across diverse healthcare settings. She brings extensive expertise in critical care, chronic disease management, cognitive disorders, and movement disorders, with a strong commitment to improving the health and quality of life of both patients and families. Through a patient-centered and compassionate approach, she provides comprehensive, evidence-based care focused on safety, wellness, and long-term health outcomes. She is passionate about working closely with patients and families throughout every stage of their healthcare journey, supporting their medical, emotional, and functional well-being while enhancing overall quality of life. She is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
Rabiat is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience caring for older adults and patients with complex medical needs. She currently oversees care in inpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, and hospice, leading clinical teams, coordinating care, and supporting patients and families through every stage of their health journey. With a focus on quality, safety, and compassionate care, Rabiat also brings expertise in AI in Healthcare to help improve outcomes and streamline care delivery. She is licensed in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
